We have all made mistakes and experienced setbacks in our lives. Some of us can take these experiences in stride and continue on the journey to our goals.
If you’re like me, there are times when you beat yourself up and ruminate over past failures. I can help you overcome the negative self-talk by reframing past experiences for you so that you can put them in perspective and move on with your life. You will achieve greater success and fulfillment and also learn from your mistakes. I will help you understand the source of your decision-making processes and how to develop a mindfulness approach to goals and habits that will help you build greater success and achievement.
I do this using a variety of different strategies, including:
Developing Awareness – We'll work together to help you develop a deeper sense of awareness of the self limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from a better life. I will help you overcome them and become the person you want to be.
Creating Positive Habits – I will help you identify negative habits, trends, and subconscious behaviors. We will work together to take away the power of those distractions, and self-sabotaging behaviors and replace them with positive habits. As we develop positive habits for you we will strive to make them into daily rituals.
Life Planning – Together, we create a picture and a plan for a happier, fulfilling, and more balanced life where you are able to realize your personal dreams.
